Founder & Owner
Mr. Raymond Brandt has over two decades of management and design/build experience in the construction industry. He is highly experienced in understanding owner objectives, team building, project management, and all elements to achieve budget and schedule goals.
As principle of SPC Construction Management, he is responsible for fully understanding the Client’s program and goals; he is responsible for evaluation and advising the owner on all the Design, Estimating, Purchasing, Engineering, and Construction functions.
Raymond Brandt works closely with Jonathan Brandt in providing technical support in their Hawaii branch operations.
